TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS
All prices on the website and in printed form are assumed to be accurate, though typographical or other human errors may sometimes occur. In the event that a typographical error has been made on price and the actual price is higher than listed, the customer will be informed of the correct price and given the choice of whether to purchase at the correct price or cancel their selection of the item in question before any payment charges are made.
All orders MUST have a physical address. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. All orders are insured against loss, pilferage and damage. A tracking number is placed on each package of the shipment allowing the tracing of lost shipments easy and fast. Carriers Utilized: FedEx, UPS, USPS Priority.
ORDER PROCESS/CANCELLATIONS AND STOCK
Electronic orders are in process within 1 hour of placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us IMMEDIATELY. Once orders are in process, they cannot be cancelled or changed to lesser amounts of products, however we can add to your order and additional shipping & tax (if any) may incur.
If any products are OUT OF STOCK and an estimated in-stock date is not available at the time of placing your order, we will automatically remove the product and adjust your total and process the balance of your order. If an estimated date is provided to us, you will be notified and given the following options:
(1) One product order - given the option to wait for the product to return to stock. An estimated in-stock date will be given to help you make your decision. However, the in stock date may change and you will be notified for another decision.
(2) Multiple products ordered - canceling the out of stock product(s) only and continue to place the balance of the order. Shipping costs and tax (if any) will be adjusted for the remaining products.
A defective item must be returned for credit or replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Non-defective merchandise returns will incur a 30% restocking fee, and must also be returned within 30 days of purchase. Product boxes and/or items that have been written on or otherwise marked will not be considered for credit or replacement.
CONDITIONS
Non-defective merchandise must meet the following conditions to qualify for return acceptance.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges incurred with Non-defective merchandise returns. Original shipping/handling fees and tax (if any) are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be in its original minimum inner pack quantity, as shipped. Broken quantity inner packs are not returnable.
Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner pack must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. Returns which do not meet the conditions described in this return policy will be returned and shipping cost of return will be charged.
WHAT IF I HAVE A CLAIM?
Cornhole Mania is a direct dealer of several manufacturer's that ship directly from their warehouses across the United States. These warehouses make a supreme effort to see that your orders are shipped correctly and that they reach you safely. Every order shipped from the warehouses are double-checked for accuracy.
Cornhole Mania seeks the best value which takes into account price as well as quality. We believe we offer the best quality for the lowest possible price. However, quality is subjective and viewed differently by each person. What appears to be a flaw to one person may be viewed as a natural mark of beauty to another. From time to time, claims may also arise because spot-checking cannot assure that 100% of flawed merchandise is removed.
Despite all of these precautions, claims do arise. Cornhole Mania adjustment and return policy is truly very simple. We want to protect you, our customers, and make you feel comfortable - and make certain you get what you pay for. We have established some requirements to make our policies and programs workable.
CLAIMS
Claims will fall under the following categories:
1. Lost order
2. Damaged merchandise
3. Shortage on order
4. Defective merchandise
5. Incorrect item sent
LOST ORDERS
It doesn't happen often, but carriers such as UPS, FedEx, truck lines and Parcel Post do lose orders. If you have placed an order and have not received it in a reasonable period (within 8-10 business days after notification that your order was shipped), do the following:
Contact us by email and provide the following information:
Your name as it appears on the order.
Your order number.
Dollar amount remitted and how the order was paid. (Bank certified check/Money Order, Credit card, PayPal)
If a partial order was delivered and the packing slip is included in one of the delivered cartons, please provide a list of the missing items. Advise us of the number of cartons received.
Once this information is received, we will check our computer to find the date your order was shipped and the carrier used.
A tracer will be initiated with the carrier. Normally a response is received within 10 working days after the tracer is initiated. Most carriers require a 10-day waiting period before they will accept a tracer request. The U.S. Postal Service requires a 30-day waiting period from date of shipment before they will accept a tracer. (90 days outside continental U.S.).
Cornhole Mania will notify you with the result of the tracer. Results of a tracer are generally one of the following:
The Carrier is unable to prove delivery. Therefore, credit will be issued to your credit card, PayPal account or credit by company check if purchase was made with a Bank certified check/Money order, or we will have reshipped your merchandise as you requested.
The Carrier will submit a photocopy of a delivery receipt which will be forwarded to you. It will show the order was delivered in full, and the signature of the person who received the order and the date it was delivered.
If, after receiving the photocopy, you find the signature is not yours, a neighbor's or a member of your family's return the photocopy together with a denial of signature letter. We'll then file a denial of signature claim with the carrier. This will require an additional 7 to 10 working days. We'll notify you of the results.
The Carrier may have returned the order to the manufacturer for the following reasons:
The carrier made three attempts at delivery to you and no one was home (on signature requested packages only) and the package was returned to the manufacturer. If you would like your package reshipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost incurred. Otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will incur and shipping/handlings and tax (if any) are non-refundable.
Your delivery address is a Post Office Box. Some carriers do not deliver to a Post Office Box. They notify you, but if no response is made within seven days, the package is returned to the manufacturer. If you would like your package reshipped, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost incurred. Otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will incur and shipping/handlings and tax (if any) are non-refundable.
You have moved and your order was sent to your former address, or provided an incorrect address. The package may have been retained by someone who signed for the package at your old or incorrect address, or the shipment was returned to the manufacturer.
If the item was retained at your former address or you provided an incorrect address, you will need to place your order again. The original purchase price, shipping/handling fees and tax (if any) are non-refundable. If the package was returned to the manufacturer and you would like your package reshipped to your new or correct address, you will be charged for the additional shipping cost incurred. Otherwise, a 30% restocking fee will incur and shipping/handling fees and tax (if any) are non-refundable.
ITEMS DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT
All merchandise damaged during shipment is covered by the shipper. If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us by email within 2-business days of receipt of your order, and your claim will be processed immediately. NOTE: Established procedures by UPS, FedEx, U.S.Parcel Post, and trucking lines, must be complied with or they may deny your claim.
Inspect each box for signs of damage such as crushed, torn, open, unseamed tape, etc. If you do find outward damage, sign the receipt with the words "Exception - Damage." For United Parcel Service deliveries, contact us by email and give the order number or the shipment involved. Explain the damage involved, number of cartons received and whether you desire a replacement or credit. This information will prepare us for a claim report from the carrier.
Hidden Damage by carrier:
If you should receive a shipment delivered by carrier that shows no visible damage, but upon inspection you discover damage due to evident rough handling, contact us by email within 2-business days of receipt of your order and report the damage. Cornhole Mania will issue credit or replacement at your request. Depending on the item, you may be required to return the damaged item for quality control purposes.
SHORTAGES
If you receive an order and find it has not been filled completely:
Check your order invoice or packing slip. If the item was out of stock, it was not charged to your account. If the item does not appear on your invoice, be sure to advise us when you contact us.
Thoroughly check the cartons and packing. Small items may be under the packing material. Upon receipt, check the condition of the cartons. If there is a shortage due to tampering, a claim must be placed with the carrier. Follow the same procedure as if there is damage.
If there is no tampering and an actual shortage exists, contact us by email within 2-business days of receipt of your order. We'll need to know the order number, number of cartons received, the missing item number, and whether you prefer credit or a replacement.
The shortage will be investigated. When the item is confirmed as not shipped, it will be shipped or credit will be issued to your credit card, PayPal account or company check, whichever you prefer.
If reweighing your shipment or other checking procedures indicates all items were shipped, we will advise you.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
Defective items are items not damaged in shipping or hidden damage by the carriers.
If you receive an item that is defective (scratches in paint, bent metal pieces, etc.), contact us by email to have the defective item replaced, or receive a refund to your credit card, PayPal account or company check, whichever your prefer. Depending on the item, you may be required to return the defective item for quality control purposes.
INCORRECT ITEM SENT
If you received an item that you did not order contact us by email. Provide us the incorrect item information that was sent (item number will be on the product box). If you are missing an item and the incorrect item was sent in its place (considered a shortage), the correct item will be shipped. You may be required to return the incorrect item.
